Free! First Friday Yoga

Join us for this FREE all-levels First Friday Yoga Flow. Move through a wonderful vinyasa sequence and enjoy the warmth of the room and slow flow with plenty of modifications. Please bring a spouse, a friend, or a neighbor to join you for this FREE class. We have extra yoga mats to borrow. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
