Event Series: Deerfield Days

Deerfield Days

July 4 @ 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Friday, July 3 (Fireworks)
  • Location: Brickyards Park
  • 5:30 PM: Food vendors, beer/wine (21+), and complimentary children’s activities open
  • 7:30 PM: Raising of the flag, followed by live musical performances
  • 9:15 PM: Fireworks display commences [1, 2]
Saturday, July 4 (Parade & Celebrations)
    • 8:00 AM: Rotary 5K Race at Walden School (registration begins at 7:00 AM)
  • 8:30 AM: John Sciarretta Sr. Bike Parade at the Rosemary Terrace parking lot
  • 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Arts & Crafts Fair and Food Vendors at Jewett Park
  • 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Amusement rides, inflatables, and carnival games at Jewett Park
  • 12:00 PM: 4th of July Parade stepping off from Deerfield Road at Deerspring Pool, heading west and turning north on Waukegan Road to end at Deerfield Road [1, 2, 3]
