Vernon Hills 4th of July Parade and Fireworks

Join us on Saturday, July 4, 2026, to commemorate and celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence!
Event Schedule for Saturday, July 4
- 9:00 a.m. – Parade through Deerpath neighborhood. Road closures start at 8:30 a.m.
Check the Parade Route Map for details. Please note that the parade route has been adjusted to provide a more efficient pick-up point and exit. - 6:30 p.m. – Music and fun provided by DJ Top Dog from A to Z at Century Park, sponsored by Vernon Hills Park District.
- 9:15 to 9:30 p.m. – Fireworks begin at Century Park.
