Where are you from and how long have you lived in town? What brought you to the area?
I grew up in Mundelein, lived in Los Angeles for 3 years and then came back home! My husband and I bought our house 4 years ago!

What are your favorite things to do in the area with and without your kids? Family friendly restaurant? Date night?
We love swimming at Goldfish, going to the parks (Mundelein has so many), Xfactor Trampoline Park. Our favorite restaurants with kids are, Picnic Basket, Wildberry, and Dos Amigos.
Date night places we love are Taste of Paris and Milwalky Taco. Our favorite date activity is to workout together though!

I am the Sales and Service manager at Goldfish Swim School in Mundelein and I am also running for Village Trustee in Mundelein.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
I love living in Mundelein! It is a great place to raise a family! There are tons of opportunities for working moms to work and raise their kids. My kiddo swimming at Goldfish led me to my current role and I love it. I get to interact with parents daily and make sure they have the best possible experience at Goldfish.
What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I powerlift! I have done 2 meets and I am training for my 3rd.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve gotten from another Mom?
They are only little once. This piece of advice led me to not go back to work full-time and every time I am having a tough day I remember this.
What is next for you?
I am hoping to win a seat on the Mundelein village board! I want to make sure families voices are heard when decisions are made!
