If you are looking to challenge yourself weekly with a committed group of individuals, program fitness classes at Mundelein Park & Recreation District will meet your needs. These classes use specialty equipment, are held at unique locations, led by highly certified instructors and have weekly progressions. These classes are open to everyone, not just members of Park View Fitness.

One example is Ultimate Boot Camp. It is led by certified group exercise, personal trainer and specialty fitness instructor, Dawn Blough. It isn’t your typical boot camp. Dawn includes an interval workout made up of endurance, strength and flexibility drills that are never repeated twice. By keeping your body guessing, you will be on the path to achieving the results you are looking for.

 

 

Join us for a level 2 boot camp on Tuesday evenings to start your week out strong followed by a level 1 on Thursday. Or pick the class that works for you. Ultimate Boot Camp is held at Park View Fitness and is available throughout the year in 4-6 week sessions. Prior experience with strength and endurance training or group exercise is encouraged.

The cost for these 4 week sessions is $40 for members of Park View Fitness and $48 nonmembers.

Dedicated participants commit to multiple sessions a year and love the challenges they endure and the people they meet.
