Spray Park is geared for younger children and tots and features larger-than-life spraying flowers, water cannons and a sand play area with hands-on, built-in fun. There are two distinct splash areas; one is designed for younger children and one for older. The first splash area has gentlemisters, arching water sprayers, large flowers dripping water, a small crab for kids to climb on and water bubblers that changes height. The second splash area, showcases a giant lighthouse that shoots out water as it goes around. There are large sprayers, misters and water cannons for the kids to use as well.

There is also a huge sand box with a water feature that is separated from the splash pads by a shaded sitting area. It has convenient vending for snacks, canopied lounging areas and a covered picnic area, shuffleboard and sand volleyball areas, too. It’s a great place to cool off on a hot day and admission rates are very reasonable at just $1 for Mundelein residents or $2 for nonresidents,(everyone must pay entrance fee regardless of age).
