I begin this blog by quoting Dolly Parton – “Storms make trees take deeper roots.”

Roots travel in different directions, determined to get what they need in order to help a tree grow and remain strong. Roots are the foundation that keep us anchored in good times and times of challenge. Roots are the link to the past, our beliefs and values.

Heather’s Gym has returned to our roots – outside classes! After two long months of exercising together virtually, we’re overjoyed to be back outside under the sun with our resilient community!

Being outside infuses positive energy in our minds, bodies and soul. Having a healthy mind and body brings resiliency! There is no better word to describe our community – we are truly resilient. We are also positive, adaptable and energetic!

It is time to head outside for some fresh air, nature and fun. It’s time to look forward and create a routine rooted in healthy habits for yourself and your family – it is our absolute best defense. Whether we’re jumping rope, swinging a kettlebell, practicing yoga or dancing like nobody’s watching, we’re here to get YOU moving and feeling YOUR best!

We understand that exercise during these times isn’t one size fits all which is why we will continue to evolve and offer something for everyone to stay strong.

We are looking forward to seeing you this Summer – virtually, outside and soon in-studio together.
