Beacon Place (Waukegan, IL): We help children and families create a future in which they are prepared to achieve and pursue an elevated life. We provide the support, guidance, and exposure to life experiences that will allow children and their families to envision a path to a brighter tomorrow.

Bernie’s Book Bank (Lake Bluff, IL): Driven by a passionate collective of volunteers and partners, we supply children who need them with free, high-quality books to build in-home libraries of their very own.

CASA Lake County (Vernon Hills, IL): CASA Lake County exists to promote and protect the best interests of youth who have been considered to be abused, neglected or dependent.

Feed My Starving Children (Libertyville, IL): Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a Christian non-profit that provides nutritionally complete meals specifically formulated for malnourished children.

Fill a Heart 4 Kids (Lake Forest, IL): Provides homeless, at-risk, and foster children food, critical necessities, life skills & educational support to empower & Build Brighter Futures 4 Kids!    

Habitat for Humanity (Gurnee/McHenry): Lake-McHenry Habitat for Humanity’s unique and empowering model brings together groups of dedicated volunteers and partner families to build safe, affordable homes. We are committed to building the quality of life, health, and economic prosperity of our county by producing, preserving, and advocating for affordable homeownership – because homes and families are the foundation of successful communities.

Lamb’s Farm (Libertyville, IL): Helping people with developmental disabilities lead productive, happy lives and connecting with the human spirit in us all.

Mano A Manno (Round Lake, IL): Our mission is to empower immigrant families to become full participants in their community.

Orphans of the Storm (Deerfield/Vernon Hills): At Orphans of the Storm, we take responsibility for each and every dog and cat who reaches our doors, compassionately sheltering them with the highest standard of care. Guided by our commitment to promote adoption, and humane treatment, reduce pet overpopulation and to keep people and pets together, we aim to create a more compassionate community.

Northern Illinois Food Bank: At Northern Illinois Food Bank, we focus on delivering food and healthy eating services to the Northern Illinois community.

PADS Lake County (Waukegan, IL): We help individuals and families reach their full potential by providing a comprehensive approach to reducing homelessness.

Reach Rescue (Mundelein, IL): Reach Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not for profit animal rescue group serving the greater Chicagoland area.

Reading Power (Lake Bluff, IL): Reading Power provides individualized, high-dosage, one-to-one tutoring in person during the school day for children in preschool through second grade. We do this by partnering with schools needing supplemental literacy support, where needs exceed resources.

SAFE Illinois: SAFE Illinois is a statewide advocacy organization advancing bold, harm reduction–based solutions to health and safety crises through grassroots action, policy change, and coalition-building so that all Illinoisans can survive, strive and thrive.

St. Joe’s Food Bank (Libertyville, IL): The Food Pantry serves residents of Lake County, IL and people experiencing homelessness.
