Join Grayslake Library & Isabel Raci, C-IAYT, online for gentle chair yoga and guided meditation.
YOU WILL NEED
– a sturdy arm-less chair for chair yoga
– comfortable clothes that allow for movement and relaxation (don’t wear a belt)

OPTIONAL
– a yoga mat is not necessary, but if you have one, put it underneath your chair and/or use it for the meditation
– a place to relax for the meditation part – yoga mat, recliner chair, etc.
