Yoga for a Healthy Pelvic Floor

Join Dr. Rachel Miller, women’s health PT/Pilates instructor and Stephanie Bersh, RYT200 to gain an in-depth understanding of your pelvic floor and common issues. You will learn about the connection with breathing and ways to create a healthy pelvic floor. Then move through yoga poses that facilitate relaxation of the pelvic floor and progress to poses that strengthen. Cost is $45. A replay will be sent to everyone after.
