Walkin’ and Waggin’ GO Walk

id you know? Dog owners are more likely to fit in 22 more minutes of walking per day compared to non-dog owners? With this said, we would like to invite all dog owners, dog lovers, and those who enjoy walking with or without a friendly canine by their side to our FREE GO Gurnee “Walkin’ and Waggin’” event on Sunday, May 15 at Viking Park!
Meet with other dog lovers, and enjoy a guided 1.5 – 2 mile walk around the trails of Viking Park! Attendees will receive a FREE pet-friendly GO Gurnee goody bag (while supplies last).
All furry friends must be on a leash at all times during the event.
If you don’t own a puppy, don’t worry! During the event, volunteers from “Reach Rescue”, a non-profit animal rescue group located out of Mundelein, IL, will be on hand with a few of their available rescues. Reach Rescue will be able to answer questions about their adoption process, provide information to those who may be interested in fostering, as well as accept donations for their continued rescue mission.
