Learn to use your mind and your body as super powers! When we combine movement + meditation we create mental and emotional stability and composure that help us get through challenging times.
This four-week series will cover the concepts of equanimity, non-judgmental awareness, impermanence and self-compassion We will practice asanas (physical poses) and learn how to use pranayama (breath work) along with meditation techniques to find our own still, quiet center. A must for taking on any and all challenges that come our way.
