Real Change Book Club

We chose Real Change for our next book because there has been a lot going on in our world and we’ve observed that people are feeling fatigued, grieving life the way it was, drained – you name it. Also we, too, are challenged to maintain our own energy levels as we move through whatever is coming next.
Being familiar with Sharon Salzberg, we knew instantly that Real Change would be just what we needed to feel better and move forward with more optimism and less worry.
We are excited to read this book together and explore Sharon’s and other professionals’ insights into how mindfulness can benefit us and thus the world.
