In-person foam rolling class at North Shore Pro-Active Health. Targeting all major muscle groups. Foam roller included in registration.
Who is this class for? If you think you might have poor ergonomic habits, or maybe you’re looking to increase your mobility, recover faster, if you want to learn how to better relieve tension in sore muscles, this class is for you! We will talk about how and why to foam roll. This 3-week series will be taught in person (with a virtual option available upon request) by our resident Rehab Therapist and Personal Trainer, Regan O’Brien ACSM CPT.
What to expect: Regan will lead you through foam rolling of the calves, hamstrings, glutes, quads, back muscles, shoulder muscles, lats, forearms, traps, and neck. You get a foam roller included in the registration. Expect to leave feeling better than when you came! We will spread out this material over the three weeks. Some review will happen and some new things. Mostly the big roller will be used, so bring it back with you week to week. Sometimes we’ll add in a lacrosse ball to supplement.

Price: $75 for all 3 classes and the roller (that’s a $35 roller and $12/class)
