First Friday Yoga Flow

Join us for the last First Friday special event of the year!
Move through a wonderful vinyasa sequence and enjoy the warmth of the room and slow flow with plenty of modifications. Please bring a spouse, a friend, or a neighbor to join you for this FREE class. We have extra yoga mats to borrow. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Enjoy a beverage after class while shopping the special First Friday deals in the Zen Boutique! The Boutique will be open for shopping from 5-7 pm
